Hot Sauce Products (Unopened)

If you have purchased hot sauce products from Spice Cat and they remain unopened, you may request a refund within 30 days of the delivery date. To initiate a refund request, please contact our customer service team at info@spice-cat.com or 573-340-9190. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the unopened hot sauce products.

Upon receipt of the unopened hot sauce products, we will inspect them to ensure they are in their original packaging and condition. Once approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase, excluding any shipping costs incurred.

Please note that opened hot sauce products are not eligible for refunds due to health and safety reasons.

Brand Merchandise (Unused)

If you have purchased brand merchandise from Spice Cat, such as apparel or accessories, you may request a refund within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the merchandise remains unused and in its original condition. To request a refund for brand merchandise, please contact our customer service team at info@spice-cat.com or 573-340-9190.

Once your request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the unused brand merchandise. Upon receipt and inspection of the merchandise, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase, excluding any shipping costs incurred.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the event that you receive damaged or defective hot sauce products or brand merchandise, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either by providing a replacement or issuing a full refund, including any return shipping costs incurred.
